Monument Valley – one of America’s great natural panoramas

Monument Valley is one of the most filmed landscapes in Western cinema. Throughout the 20th century, it has been featured in many famous Hollywood movies and is so recognisable that when people visit it, they feel like they have already been there a hundred times. Spanning more than 700 years of history, these striking landmarks are a unique symbol of Native American civilisation. Monument Valley is older than the history of the United States and the United Kingdom put together.

Oranges and flowers… try it!

Oranges and flowers... try it!

Tale of flowers and oranges ..
There are many beautiful places in the world. Everyone sees their own way and perceived beauty.
Perhaps his perceptions and emotional impact to say he had visited the most beautiful corner.
Me and my husband we experienced two unforgettable weeks in Port Sawyer on the island of Mallorca. Break was in early June, so you really relax. The town is not big tourist season was in full swing and it was really quiet.
I will not describe their main concern when I first got on the plane. Excited more than the unknown, which I expected and it looked like a beach resort in another country.
When you land in Palma de Mallorca, I felt that I got a fabulous place. I adore flowers and I was impressed by the beautiful, colorful zokumi planted near the broad and smooth Autobahn.
The bus could be seen orange and lemon trees laden with fruit purposes. I was able to try every morning at breakfast Spanish oranges and they are very juicy and sweet.
Sawyer town not far from the capital Palma de Mallorca. Its houses, narrow stone streets, the impressive cathedral churches, windmills roadside, many flowers and of course clean everywhere – all constantly reminded me that I am in another country. Beauty and purity!
The beach is a small sheltered cove. Sea water is so pure and transparent that I could see how fish swim. Stop, enjoy them, maybe to feed them. Sit on the bench among the beautiful flowers and wondering whether it is true or dream. Magical place! Quiet, quiet! And do not forget to ask for Touring caravan insurance quote, cause it is important!

Ride on a tourist train, which is a real attraction for tourists. It is only four vagoncheta and much like the children’s train. But our feelings were also experiences as a child

Visiting Nepal

While living in a fast city like London, it becomes really difficult to relax yourself. Life is very different in some of the small cities in not so developed countries like Nepal. That is exactly what I wanted to experience for this vacation. I was really impressed of the information about Nepal presented on an exhibition stand. I have been to Nepal once before, but I always wanted to go again. One of the best things about this place is the natural beauty. Being a part of the Himalayas, the country is full of beautiful landscapes. And if that is not enough, then everything over here is as cheap as it used to be some 50 years ago in London.

Steamboat Springs Ski Resorts Review

So last December I was with a few of my close friends who wanted to escape their Secondary Teaching Jobs and spend some time skiing. Yes it is oftentimes more than necessary to get away for a while and going skiing can be both exhilarating and relaxing. We found ourselves in Colorado at the Steamboat Springs Ski Resort and we all had ourselves a blast. This turn out to be more than just a white Christmas

Horse Insurance – An Important Lesson Hidden Here

Horse Insurance – An Important Lesson Hidden Here

Have you ever heard of the idea of horse insurance? I must admit I freaked out in laughter when I first heard this concept. Why on earth would anybody want to insure their horse? Is it not bad enough that we have to insure our lives, assets and lots of other stuff year after year? Why would anybody go ahead and add this little transaction?

Well, I was a truly humbled when I found out that people who relied on horses for their living were prepared to ignore insurance of their homes and even their lives as long as the horses were insured well. A person who has a livelihood can easily survive in life. He or she may not have the best life possible but survival will never be a problem.

On the other hand, a person without a job is as good as dead even if he or she has a good health and a loving family beside him or her. Would you feel guilty if you leave your family members in the dump simply because you do not have a livelihood?

Well, that is when I realized that horse insurance is no different than insuring expensive machinery or business assets. For those who love their horses and feel that they are a member of their family, insuring horses is no different than insuring the life of a family member. I just realized that one should have clear idea of the perspective of the individual in front to understand why certain decisions are important for him or her. This is one lesson that I have learned from traveling.

Safari trip in Tanzania

Safari trip in Tanzania

Since I’ve been in Africa most recently I travelled from Namibia all the way over to Tanzania where I was to partake in a luxury Tanzania safari trip of which I was given a considerable offer in which to partake. Our guide assured us that we would not miss out on any of the sites and experiences of Tanzania with this particular trip. We ventured out to the Mkomazi Game Reserve, which is east of the Pare Mountains. We were told that travel to this part of Tanzania is rare as the facilities that visitors tend to think they need are a bit sparse so they are more likely to go for more accessible places. This obviously appealed to me instantly as I can’t resist a bit more of a challenge and to be able to explore somewhere that is rarely seen by people. Even the thought of a little bit more danger is enough to wet my appetite somewhat. So off we went on our adventure.

The thing that is always in the back of my mind with such things is the worry that the trip you happen to be on is in some way going to be not as good as the ones you have seen on the television or that your friends have experiences before you. Needless to say as well as some wonderful scenery I did get to see a large number of wild dogs that our guide told us have been introduced to the area, not quite the exotic animal I was expecting. We did however come across the black rhino, which can be rare to see so it wasn’t a complete waste of time.

Hitching a Ride on a Narrow boat

I have hitch hiked in India, Spain, the United States and Australia, but there is something about hitching in your home country that can be oddly intimidating. I needed to get to Bristol from Manchester and was even thinking about car leasing because I am so fed up with the high price of trains in England. When I was visiting a mate in Ellesmere Port, I was completely inspired by a trip to The National Waterways Museum. It was amazing, they have a dock with live characters talking to people about life on a narrow boat. That’s it, I thought, I will try to hitch a ride on a narrow boat. The first step for anybody considering a trip through the British Waterways is to get a map and get completely inspired. The canals were originally built to help transport coal around England, many have fallen into disrepair and are not navigable, but there is an extensive network that could clearly get me to Bristol. From Ellesmere Port the Shropshire Union Canal would take me to Birmingham and then from Birmingham I could get onto the River Severn. I had a good old chat with the folks at the museum and they suggested paying a visit to some of the companies that rent canal boats. I made some leaflets, and sure enough, a family in need of some extra help navigating the locks got in touch. I had a great trip down to Brum and from there was able to get another lift the rest of the way.

Touring Africa?

Touring Africa?

While researching on beautiful places to visit in Africa I discovered that there are cheap cars for sale in lebanon. A number of people have been to Africa on tour and there has been great news of awe. It is not just about the sun for those who are looking for a good tan, there are many places to visit on the continent. It is impossible to mention all the wonderful sights but a few will be examined. For those who are interested in Game reserves, your best bet will be Kenya. There are other countries like Tanzania for example who offer good attractions but Kenya is where most of the action is. There are also many tourists there so a first time traveller will not feel all too lonely. Egypt is currently recovering from unrest but a trip to the mighty pyramids will be one to remember forever.

If you are interested in beaches, then North Africa is where you should head for. It’s true that South Africa, Ghana and Kenya all have beautiful beaches but northern African countries like Morocco and Tunisia have good tourist packages for almost all economic classes. In West Africa, a trip to Obudu Cattle Ranch in Nigeria will be a great experience. It boasts of a beautiful mountain resort and landscape but quiet expensive. The desert can also be fun; you need not worry of starving or thirsting to death because there hospitality facilities are available. You can travel on the back of a camel across the Sahara desert. North Africa is the destination for desert enthusiasts.

Things You Should Do At Niagara Falls

So I have travelled to a number of places, making sure I had enough travel money on me, over the last couple of months and Niagra Falls is one of the more fascinating ones. When you are visiting the USA or Canada, don’t fail to visit the Niagara Falls State Park.

This is the oldest state park in America. The visit involves trolley rides around the park, through various destinations. You can even pitch a tent of sorts and cook a meal if you want. It is great for a family day out.

See the falls up close in Cave of the Wind
You can have a close up view of Niagara Falls plus an exciting soaking experience. The Cave of the Wind operates from May to October each year.

See the raging waters 230 ft. below through the Observation Tower. Weather permitting; the tower is open the whole year round.

Get yourself soaked in Maid of the Mist. Just like in Cave of the Wind, you will enjoy getting wet. If you will take pictures, make sure you bring a water proof camera. The Maid of the Mist operates in warm weather months.

Go hiking in George Trail System. You must have the capability to climb over rocks and walk steep stairs in up and down manner. It is also open from May to October.

To add to the above guided tours in the USA side, the Canadian sides of the falls were built up to house casinos, night clubs, tourist attractions, entertainment complex and local businesses.
